Return Policy

At Dream Style UAE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality furniture and design services. Please review our return policy below before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and resalable condition.

Custom-made or personalized furniture items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order furniture

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

  • Sale or clearance items


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at returns@dreamstyleuae.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

  3. Our team will review and confirm if the item qualifies for return.

  4. Once approved, we will arrange pick-up and inspection.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders for ready-made items can be canceled before dispatch.

  • Custom orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellation is not possible due to production commitments.
